In 2019 Helena opened her first shop specialising in spiritual wellness in Auckland (Helena Marie Tarot, Victoria Park). Then in 2024 Helena opened another shop at Midcity Arcade on Queen Street. Currently Helena is the No 1 professional tarot reader in Auckland with 6,000 followers on Tik Tok.
In 2013 Helena launched New Zealand’s first 3D cartoon animation, the Rangimoekaus about 3 young Maori girls helping their Nanny to quit smoking. The short film screened at the NZ International Film Festival, and travelled to Australia and Tahiti. Helena gained $80,000 of contra and financial sponsorship and received a professional development award from the NZ Film Commission.
